Terms & Condition

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Kp Proctor Essentials, a UK‑based small business offering curated everyday essentials.

1. Orders

You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. We may cancel orders if stock or pricing errors occur.

 2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP. Payments are processed securely through approved gateways; we do not store card details.

3. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 days. Delivery times depend on the courier. External delays are outside our control, but we will assist with tracking.

4. Returns

Change‑of‑Mind Returns: You may return items within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original condition. The buyer pays return postage.

Faulty/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel before dispatch. After dispatch, the returns process applies.

6. Product Accuracy

We aim for accurate descriptions and images. Minor variations may occur.

7. Liability

We are not liable for courier delays, misuse of products or indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the order value.

8. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of England and Wales.
